This page is for work that doesn't necessarily fall into the categories listed before, but I feel is still valid enough to be considered part of the portfolio.
The Vulpine Imperium
The Vulpine Imperium is a large roleplaying website, loosely based on the Redwall series of books by Brain Jacques. Players create a character and write as that character in forum posts, where they must collaborate or contend with other writers and their characters. Featuring an odd mix of swashbuckling action, drama and off-kilter humor, the site has persisted for ten years and continues to draw a following of eager roleplayers.
After joining the site in 2004, I was eventually recruited to help expand the site's lore, essentially becoming a world-builder for the extended universe of the website. I mainly wrote re-imagined and enhanced descriptions of the Imperium's known locations - a collection of islands and atolls with a mysterious continent in the south. My work has since become community canon, and I've become a co-creator of content for the website.
The bulk of my contributions can be found here, on the Vulpine Imperium's official wiki page. Originally part of the site, it was moved to the wiki when a bug conflicted with the site's main information log.

Fireteam Awesome
|
FireTeam Awesome is a collaborative video project that is a sub-channel of Random Encounters. Created by Andrew Eddy, Emma Goddard, Peter Srinivasen and myself, we play cooperative multiplayer games and demonstrate how a group can be efficient while having fun all at once.
The video is a highlight reel of our experiences in Mass Effect 3's multiplayer mode. The results are, of course, quite goofy. |
